St Paul’s Club Offers Birmingham Youth A High Society Business Opportunity

On the 30th of September in St Paul’s Square, the St Paul’s Club is hosting a generation spanning Business Mentoring Lunch at the St Paul’s Club.  Birmingham’s young business leaders of tomorrow, will enjoy a sumptuous 4 course meal as they learn from the business leaders of today.  St Paul’s is the oldest surviving private members club in Birmingham.  It was formed over 150 years ago and since then its members have been active in helping the community as well as being there to support local businesses.
The event is open to 15-19 year olds who want to learn more about entrepreneurship and business leadership in Birmingham.  Young people selected will be invited to lunch at the club with local business people and given the opportunity to engage with a mentor one to one.
Bart Dalton, the current President of St Paul’s Club, said "St Paul’s is delighted to have this opportunity to help support the up and coming business leaders and entrepreneurs who will help move our great city forward.”
The event is being managed and promoted by the Birmingham Association of Youth Clubs (bayc) which has been supporting young people and those who support young people in the region for over 100 years.
Don Smith, CEO of bayc said “bayc believes that the young people of Birmingham need as many chances as possible to see and hear how great the opportunities for business and career success is, right here in Brum and who better to get that information from than the current movers and shakers in the city.”
Full details of the event and how to take part are available by contacting bayc on 0121 460 5870.
