Great North Swim

Three of our members went for a swim around Lake Windermere on June 14th.

Gary Wroe completed the Mile in his best ever 45 minutes. Mike Pagan completed the 2 mile in 55 minutes and Mr. Prez. Came in on the 2 mile at 49 minutes. It was a great event and all three members were dead tired.

They are looking forward to swimming in the Great Manchester Swim on July 20th.  Then Mr Prez, in the craze of an endorphin filled signing spree logged on for 5.25 miles from tip to tip on Coniston Water on September 14th.
